English with Mark is an occupational English training service. These terms govern your use of englishwithmark.com and related course materials. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share login details or private podcast feed links with others.

Courses and plans

Each course is occupational English training at B2, C1, or C2. Plans unlock a set number of lessons (5 free, or 10 / 50 / 100 paid). Access is limited to the lessons included in your plan for the course you enrol in.

Payments

Paid plans are one-time charges processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Card statements may show the merchant name together with a lesson descriptor. We do not store full card numbers.

Content

Lessons, audio, video, RSS feeds, and related materials are licensed for your personal learning only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post course content.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass lesson limits, scrape media, abuse signed URLs, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update courses, pricing, and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
